Indian Academy of Pediatrics Thiruvananthapuram- -Health awareness program at Kallankudi Anganwadi , Vithura on 29th March 2019. Highlight was promotion of dietary diversity using locally available nutritious foods . Other topics covered are nutrition in pregnancy, ill effects of alcoholism & smoking, breastfeeding, weaning, infant feeding, growth and child nutrition .We were helped by the area JPHN, ASHA worker, Anganwadi teacher and helper.
